Since 2008, Deans Charter has been offering fishing trips, excursions and vacations - all based out of fuengirola port.

Fuengirola is located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, only a 15 minute drive from Malaga international airport in southern Spain.

The port in Fuengirola, as opposed to other harbours around, is mainly a fishing port. In the XIX century, when the land around fuengirola and mijas were being used for agriculture, the port was created to export all kind of fruits and vegetables by sea - since that point, fuengirola has become a strong fishing base on the costa del sol.

Even to this date, you can see some of the older fishing men sinking their hook in the sea to fish just off the rocks in the port - they love to fish in fuengirola and have done so since they were children. The spanish way of fishing is passed down through the generations.

It has been more than 4 years since Dean started offering fishing trips - born out of his passion to fish. Visit the photos page to see some what some customer's have experienced. Unlike other fishing operators, Deans Charter is a fully licensed, insured, experienced and english speaking skipper registered with "capitania" in Malaga.
